iTouchVision

iTouch vision is a global provider of CRM systems for Service Management. We have many verticals including local government with our system managing potholes, graffiti and payments, through to food complaints with our global customers like Nestlé.  We are live across 4 continents with offices / call centers in india, uk and Australia, and Philippines. 

We have been using Peer Point Internet for the last three years. We first came to them for transit and collocation. As we have grown Peer Point Internet have been there to support our growth. We first started with a 2u server with 10mb of transit and now we currently have 2 racks and 1gb of transit. When we first started the company we had a loss of £34k, three years on we have turnover of £1.35 million. 

We have been using their backup service for the last year and thankfully never had to use it. We have also passed on this service to serveral of our own clients and they too are pleased. 

Due to our rapid expansion we have struggled to keep on top of managing our environments. We have recently asked Peer Point Internet to design and build us a new platform. From procurement of the kit to installation and support Peer Point Internet have completed everything for us. They have moved us to a new high availability platform which means we don't go down. 

We have clients in every time zone so downtime for us is not an option we currently operate 99.999 uptime.  We have just asked Peer Point Internet to manage our whole infrastructure on a 3 year contract. 

When we have an issue Peer Point makes it there issue, even if the fault has nothing to do with them they will try to help out, and offer options. To say we are a referencable client is probably an understatement, their service and dedication to our success is second to none.

I have been very pleased with the attentive and proactive approach taken by Peer Point Internet.
